THE FROG
Kambô describes the skin secretion of the giant monkey frog (lat. Phyllomedusa Bicolor) which is emitted through glands on its back. The amazonian domiciled frog utilizes the secretion presumably as a protection against desiccation, sunburn and predators. The secretion can be obtained without hurting or killing the frog.
THE ROOTS
The indigenous people in the rain forest use Kambô since thousands of years as a natural elixir and part of rituals. Locally it's mainly utilised to cure fever, snake bites and infectious diseases. Also for hunting Kambô is applied. Before the hunt to sharpen the senses and afterwards to cleanse from negative energies, the so called "panema".

After having positively supported
my own health with Kambô for many years, I started to hold space for people that want to experience the process in a safe environment over 3 years ago. Since this strong call from the frog and my initiation I have successfully guided more than 60 people through the Kambô process.
